How to place an order:

Online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover orders may be placed online by clicking the "add to cart" button by the item you wish to order. Then follow instructions for "check out" to complete your order. Our shopping cart uses 128 bit encription, so your information is secure.

Phone: Credit card orders can be placed by phoning 425-829-4945.

Fax, Mail: Credit card orders can be faxed to us by filling out this order form. Personal checks are accepted by mail using the same printable order form. Fax and mail instructions are listed on the form.

International: International Orders.
