Sponsor is not responsible for network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are misdirected, incomplete, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or ineligible. Incomplete entries and entries with non-working email addresses are not eligible. All entries are the property of The Violin Case. The giveaway is currently open to all customers, however customers outside the Continental US will be asked to pay actual shipping charges before item will be sent. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. The giveaway is sponsored by The Violin Case. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. This promotion period begins 12:01 am October 1, 2008 and ends 11:59 pm November 30, 2008. Drawing will be held December 1, 2008. The winner will be chosen by a random drawing of all qualified entries. Times are Pacific Standard Time. Winner will be notified by email within 10 days. The winner will be required to supply the proper information for mailing the music bag. No substitutions or cash for prize. (purchase of the music bag during the giveaway will be awarded either a second free bag or refund of purchase price, winners choice) In the event the winner cannot be processed within 30 days or refuses prize an alternate will be drawn. If won by an eligible minor, prize will be awarded to a Parent or Guardian on the minors behalf. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners name, city, and state for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. One prize is guaranteed to be awarded. In the event this giveaway is compromised in any way the giveaway will end and the prize will be awarded from eligible entries received by such date and time.
